03/10/2011 - Exciting News: The University of Miami Global Academy (UMGA) worked out an agreement with Your Tuition Solution (a tuition finance company) to offer families another way to meet tuition costs. This is a pioneering achievement for online schools and speaks to UMGA’s distinction of being a quality school that seeks to offer families multiple options to assist in educating their children. To be eligible to apply, students must enroll for at least 3 credits with a tuition of $5,970. This new tuition option will be available April 1, 2011. 08/23/2011 - WASHINGTON (AP) -- A 5.9 magnitude earthquake centered northwest of Richmond, Va., shook much of Washington, D.C., and was felt as far north as Rhode Island, New York City and Martha's Vineyard, Mass., where President Barack Obama is vacationing.
